A Navy Seal Marries His Bride in a Romantic Philadelphia Military Wedding

GSJessica-127

As much as I adore non-traditional weddings, there is something particularly magical about a romantic Military Wedding.  Perhaps it was the fact that they spent so much time apart when Brian was deployed to Afghanistan with the Navy Seals,  or their romantic engagement in Paris.  Or maybe just the way I tend to swoon any time I photograph a Military Wedding.  But whatever magic was in the air, Jessica and Brian’s stunning Philadelphia military wedding was truly the stuff fairy tales are made of.  Philadelphia’s Le Meridian was home base for the day beginning with bustling bridal prep and followed by a traditional ceremony at St Thomas Villa Nova, complete with a sword arch and some of my favorite bridal portraits ever.  Post ceremony, we made quick dip onto Broad Street for some stunning Broad Street bride and groom photos.  With a smile that lights up any room, even a quick few photos at the end of the evening in a hallway outside the reception, is transformed into the kind of moments photographers dream of.  I can’t thank Jessica and Brian enough for allowing me the honor of capturing their day.  All my love and respect.

  1. Incredible wedding photography!! The incredible portraits on Broad Street and use of lighting for the wedding reception photos was remarkable. A unique wedding photographer is hard to find. You nailed it!
