Estate at Eagle Lake Wedding
Summer New Jersey Wedding

Julia and Keith’s Estate at Eagle Lake Wedding was a joy to be part of.  Located in the heart of New Jersey’s central farm land, the Estate at Eagle Lake is a stunning venue for a summer New Jersey wedding.  The grounds are filled with beautiful walkways and gardens overlooking a lovely lake.  Julia and Keith’s wedding reception had a relaxed summer vibe that included lots of lawn games, good friends and family and lots of laughs.

Prep

Everyone got ready at the venue. One of the bonuses of having an Estate at Eagle Lake wedding is the large salon area which is great for large bridal parties.  The girls got their hair and makeup done right on the premises, which helped make the day run flawlessly. Julia’s dress from Angel Bridal was the perfect choice for an effortless  summer New Jersey wedding.

First Look and Bridal Party

The two chose to do a sweet first look at the dock on the lake, followed by some fun bridal party photos before heading out to the ceremony.

Ceremony

The ceremony took place at Julia’s church, The Orthodox Church of the Holy Cross.  It was a lovely ceremony filled with traditions, beautiful music and candle light.

Photo Walk

The venue is so full of beautiful paths and garden areas that there are loads of spots for a photo walk. Due to the super harsh sun that day, we chose a shady path along the water that was absolutely perfect.

Reception

The layout of the venue was perfect for a summer wedding.  The tented area was open to the grounds, where guests could take a casual stroll outside, take photos and play lawn games.  I love cupcakes for summer weddings.  These had a sweet assortment of flower and succulent frosting.

Reception Sneak Out

One of the staff from the venue gave us a thumbs up when he thought it was a good time for sunset photos.  We jumped on a couple of golf carts and grabbed a few of the couple snuggling in the sunset. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful summer wedding day.
