New Orleans Themed Wedding at Columbia Station

If there’s one thing I learned from Robert and Darren’s fabulous       New Orleans Themed Wedding at Columbia Station in Phoenixville, pa, it’s that people who save lives KNOW how to party!  As a helicopter critical care nurse and flight paramedic, this couple filled their wedding with amazing friends and family ready eat fabulous food, celebrate joy and dance till the bitter end.

Columbia Station provided the perfect backdrop for the guys’ New Orleans themed fall wedding.  The weather was perfect for a beautiful outdoor ceremony, frequently punctuated by the horns of passing trains at the funniest possible times.  Guests were treated to a fabulous cocktail hour with some of the most stunning appetizers I’ve seen coming from the always amazing kitchen of  Robert Ryan Caterers.  Mardi Gras colors of purple and green and Nola Jazz welcomed guests to the reception.  Flowers by Whitford Flowers in Exton did a beautiful job, and the centerpieces based on famed New Orleans streets were designed and made by Robert.  If he ever gets tired of saving the world, he should just make pretty things, because they were amazing!  Kevin Compton of Silver Sound DJ’s literally had the crowd dancing all night long.

Such a beautiful day, such a joyful event, such a perfect celebration of two beautiful men in love.  Thank you, gentlemen, for allowing us to be even a small part of your love story.
