Romantic Westchester Wedding

Some weddings are an absolute dream to photograph.  It was difficult to choose my favorites from Mary Beth and Jurgen’s perfect fall Westchester wedding.  Their romantic wedding day began at Mary Beth’s family home.  A beautiful property nestled in the rolling hills of Westchester, we arrived in the midst of bustling bridal preparations.  Surrounded by her sisters and close friends, the girls were picture perfect in elegant grey dresses and sunflower bouquets.   Mary Beth was stunningly beautiful in her dramatic gown and birdcage veil for Jurgen to first lay eyes on as she walked down the aisle at bright and airy St Patricks.    After the ceremony, a lovely photo walk with the bridal party and our bride and groom seemed tailor made for the way we love to shoot, Paul with his dramatic, sweeping wide angles, while I get in closer for some softer portraits.  Chester County Historical Society was a perfect venue the elegant evening, with it’s porch for an outdoor cocktail hour and the band that had the party dancing all night long.  Thank you Mary Beth and Jurgen for allowing us to drop into your lives for a perfectly beautiful fall day!

  1. I love these images! So much action and emotion captured in these wedding photographs, and the image of the shoes in the sunlight on the floor? Stunning. Westchester looks like such a beautiful place for a wedding!

  2. The bright yellow pops of color are so fun, and I LOVE your use of off camera lighting. This Westchester wedding was romantic indeed! St. Patricks and Chester County Historical Society are both gorgeous wedding venues. I know the bride and groom are in love with your wedding photography. Great work!

  3. So much to love in this collection of Westchester wedding photos! Love the birdcage veil, dark and dramatic lips on the beautiful bride and the sunflower bridal bouquet.
